Instructions

When scheduling your appointment, please note the following:

1. The Advising Center’s hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. However….
2. No appointments should be made after 4:15 pm.
3. The calendar is web-based, so don’t enter any private information. Anyone who has Internet access will be able to see your name and all information entered in the description field for your appointment.
4. Enter your name. You may enter your first name only if you prefer, but be sure to enter a brief description to indicate the reason for the appointment. Remember that everyone will also be able to see this description.
5. ECU students should limit appointments to 15 minutes for advising.
6. Enter a date for your appointment.
7. Enter a start time (be sure to include am or pm)
8. Enter an ending time (be sure to include am or pm)
9. Check your appointment for accuracy, and then click the “submit” button. Appointments can only be deleted or revised by the advisor.
